Please remember that you have ordered a custom-made belt with a pattern, color and size made especially for you.  Patterns and colors on the belt(s) you order may vary slightly, but will appear substantially as shown on the web-site.  Most retailers can easily take a product back and resell it, but we can’t, so please be sure a Custom Western Belt is what you want.  If you have any questions about our product, you can call us at 480-788-5832.  Often, we can send a sample if you are in doubt.

We want you to be satisfied with what you ordered, so if something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll do our best to make you happy.  Our willingness to re-do the order or refund the purchase price as a remedy excludes a customer choosing the wrong size.  See Size Chart

If you feel a belt needs to be returned or replaced, please call us at 480-788-5832 for mailing instructions.

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please call 480-788-5832 as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that the belt is handmade. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been started.
